Yesterday I saw the Silm fandom get referenced to in another post (completely irrelevant to the fandom), and I realized that we’re never addressed by anyone as the Tolkien fandom, not even by ourselves. And then I realized that it’s with good reason:

You wouldn’t know who the heck you’re talking about.

>> Just ask the Dwarves

Did you mean Dwarves from Thorin’s company who made a Quest for Erebor, or Balin’s company who sought to re-establish the Realm of Moria, or Dwarves of Nogrod who killed King Elu Thingol of Doriath, or the Petty Dwarves of which Mim and his sons were the last ones?

‘Galen was the only one who treated me like a human being there. I’ve never met such a kind person. I never expected to. Not in the very heart of the Empire. So far from home. He was the only one who really cared about me.’

‘He always was like this. Cared about everyone except himself. Wanted everyone to be safe and happy, even if it would cost him his own happiness.’

‘He was like a father to me. So I guess this could make you be my sister, Jyn.’

‘It’s… it’s a nice thought to have a brother. And someone with who you can talk about the person we both knew and loved.’

‘We can share the nice memories of him. He would like it. He would like you to smile.’

you felt like drawing Bodhi and Jyn having a happier moment together.
